Warranty
EXS provides a 24-month warranty on this product from the date of original purchase (excluding water bottles and bar tape). This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, as well as structural damage resulting from riding incidents. Should a covered issue arise, we will repair or replace the product at no charge. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to us for evaluation, or for the cost of shipping replacement handlebars after a warranty claim is approved.

This warranty may be applied only once per EXS product.

R-Series & Aerover Handlebars :
R150, R175, R180, R200 are incompatible with Zipp & Bontrager stems; if you install any stem from these brands, the warrenty will be lost.
Structural damage caused by crashes or falls during riding is eligible for repair or replacement.
However, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from modification, improper installation, misuse, melting, paint damage, or blatant abuse. Please note:

No time-trial extensions or unauthorized add-ons may be installed on R150, R180, R175, or Aerover handlebars.

The spacer kit for the Aerover series (including carbon top cap, bolt, bearing dust cover, steerer filler, height spacers, and wire spacer) is not covered under warranty.

Examples:
Q: My handlebar was structurally damaged in a mass crash during a criterium race. Is it covered?
A: Yes — we’ve got you covered.

Q: I crashed avoiding an animal and my bar is structurally damaged. Is this covered?
A: Yes — we’ll take care of it.

Q: My handlebar has scratches from bike transportation. Is this covered?
A: No — cosmetic damage is not included.

Pro Tip:
Every EXS carbon product has a unique QR code. Please take a clear photo of it — you’ll need it if you ever need to file a claim.

Wheelsets:
Structural damage caused by crashes or falls during riding is eligible for repair or replacement.

However, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from modification, improper installation or maintenance, misuse, melting, paint damage, or blatant abuse. It also excludes normal wear and tear of consumable parts, including:

Brake tracks

Brake pads

Tires and inner tubes

Tubeless tape

Decals

Bearings

Spokes

Freehub bodies

Hub end caps

Examples:
Q: I crashed and found a structural crack in my wheelset.
A: Yes — we’ll take care of it.

Q: My rim cracked after hitting a rock while riding on gravel roads.
A: Yes — we’ve got you covered. (UB30/GF30 models only).

Q: I crashed. The rim is okay, but some spokes are bent.
A: No — Spokes are considered consumable items. Repairs will incur service and parts fees.

How to Submit a Claim:
If you need to make a warranty claim, please email us as soon as possible and include:

Clear photos of the damage
A scannable photo of the QR code
Your order number

We’ll respond promptly once we receive your email. After review and confirmation, we’ll provide a final solution.
Production Standards
All handlebars and stem passed the international standard ISO-4210 and has passed the international third-party organization SGS certification.

Shipping
Since some products are specially manufactured according to the customer's order confirmation, the production cycle is usually 10-15 working days. After the shipment will provide the tracking number.

We use EMS, and UPS for transportation, depending on the customer's area.
