Warranty & Shipping

We promise a warranty for quality in 24 months. If the product is damaged or quality problems occur within 24 months, we will provide you with a free warranty, and you only need to pay for the transportation costs.

This warranty is valid for all our products: wheels, components, etc.

Any damage caused by a fall or crash during riding can be repaired or replaced for free. 

Warning: If you do not follow these guidelines, the warranty will be void:

Not installed under the instruction manual.

Use brake pads for carbon rims only. Change brake pads when they wear out.

Use high-pressure rim tape for clincher wheels.

Clean the rim surface and brake pads before you use your wheels.

Exceed the maximum tire inflation pressure recommended:
Road Clincher 120psi, Road Tubeless 100psi, Road Hookless 70 psi, Road Tubular 140 psi, MTB 60 psi.

Rim brake wheelset spoke tension:100kgf(front wheel),120kgf(rear wheel drive side)

Since some products are specially manufactured according to the customer's order confirmation, the production cycle is usually 10-15 working days. After the shipment will provide the tracking number.

We use EMS, and UPS for transportation, depending on the customer's area. All our products include shipping, but taxes are required.
